Roofing
Why Roofing Matters in Utah
Utah roofs take a beating — freeze/thaw cycles, heavy snow, intense summer sun, and high winds. Cutting corners on removal, underlayment, or ventilation shortens a roof’s lifespan fast.
Our Roofing Process
Step 1
Tear-Off & Inspection
Full removal of existing shingles, then perform a deck inspection for rot, soft spots, or fatigue. Immediately repair those problem areas if needed. (No covering problems)
Step 2
Protection & Prep
Ice & water shield installed in valleys, eaves, and penetrations. Synthetic underlayment for moisture control and breathability. Flashing replaced (not reused)
Step 3
Precision Installation
Architectural or premium shingles installed to manufacturer specs. Proper nailing patterns for wind resistance. Ridge caps, ventilation, and pipe boots installed clean and sealed.
Step 4
Final Quality Check
Magnetically sweep the yard and remove any debris. Then perform the final walk through of the project with the home owner. If there are any issues, we address it. At this time, your warranty documentation will be provided to you.
Built the Right Way. Finished With Intention.
A roof is only as good as the process behind it.
At LXRY HAUS, we don’t rush installs, skip steps, or cut corners to hit a price point. Every roofing project is approached as a system—from full tear-off and deck preparation to GAF-certified materials, precision installation, and final inspection.
This is how roofs are built to last in Utah’s climate.
This is how problems are prevented—not covered up.
This is how homeowners get real long-term value.
We don’t sell roofing over the phone. We evaluate, design, and execute each project with intention—because the details matter.
If you’re looking for the cheapest option, we’re probably not the right fit.
If you want your roof done once, done correctly, and backed by standards you can trust—welcome to Lxry Haus.
